I have finally made my transition to working full-time and it is kicking my butt. Thankfully, we had a three-day weekend in observance for Memorial Day and I was over-joyed for the extra time to get things done around my house.
With this transition being so hard, it has really opened my eyes to just how much productivity matters. I went from having a lot of free-time to do all the things I need to get done to having almost no time at all. Needless to say I have been researching ways and downloading apps to keep myself in check. If you know me, you know that I get stressed out very easily. It is very important to figure out ways to keep my stress levels low.
One of those things being making time for the gym. I was no gym-bug to begin with but going to the gym was something that I was enjoying. I can’t let myself lose sight of that goal I set because I’m too tired all of a sudden. Not to mention the importance of physical activity when working a 9-5 desk job. One of the goals through working on my productivity throughout the week is going to be making it to the gym at least twice a week, working my way up from there.
My favorite sports bra while working out is this one pictured from Victoria Secret. It is long enough to where you can wear it as a cropped top with leggings and has a high enough neck line that it is not too revealing. I loved it so much that when they went on sale I got all the colors I could find. I paired the outfit with my Gymshark Fit Leggings and I really love the look. I have worn this top with high waisted leggings as well and I like that look even more. I am not one who likes to show a lot of skin but these tops show the perfect amount!
